How long we keep your data

We will keep hold of your data until you inform us otherwise buy unsubscribing from our communication, simply follow the links at the bottom of any email campaign received.

Please note or Server collects information via Google Analytics so we can improve on the content of the information we share with you. Please be aware that such information will be retained by until you arrange for this information to be removed.

How we secure it

DJV enforces strict measures to keep your personal data safe at all times, whether electronic or paper-based. Our website is also fully encrypted using an SSL certificate. However, we provide no guarantee that the Internet is safe and whatever information is submitted to us is disclosed entirely at your own risk.

Payment Card details

We process your payment card details via various portals (PayPal, Apple Pay, Shop Pay) and the Shopify payment gateway (Stripe) integration in order to complete your purchase(s) made through our website.

In-store we use Payment Sense as our payment gateway and First Data for card processing. This is in line with their PCI (Payment Card Industry Compliance) standards and covers how we must keep your data safe and secure. DJV Boutique is compliant with this industry requirement.

You may opt-out from any email marketing communication by using the unsubscribe links at the bottom of our marketing emails.

Phishing is a method used by fraudsters to deceive someone into giving sensitive information. Most of the time phishing will take the form of emails, issued from well-known companies who ask recipients to send their private information. This information is then used for identity theft and fraud.

DJV Boutique will only ask you to send personal details by email if it is responding to a query you have sent us online, as these details are needed to answer your query properly. We will never ask you to send any personal details by email unless you have contacted us first. If you have not contacted us specifically, please ignore any suspicious email claiming to be from DJV Boutique, which requests your personal details, and then let us know about it as soon as possible so this can be reported.
