Returns

PLEASE NOTE THERE MAY BE SOME DELAY IN RESPONDING TO YOUR REQUEST ON A TEMPORARY BASIS DUE TO MEDICAL CIRCUMSTANCES. WE WILL REPLY AS SOON AS PRACTICALLY POSSIBLE.

We pride ourselves in striving for customer satisfaction. However, if You wish to make a return then please email Us, quoting your order reference at contact@djvboutique.co.uk within 14 days of receiving Your item(s). You should make it clear if You require an exchange or refund for the item at the time of contacting us. 

Any Items returned without prior notice in writing may not be accepted. You must take care of the item(s) in your possession received from Us and return them in the same condition at the time of receipt (clean, unworn with tags as applicable). Returned Items must be appropriately packaged to avoid any potential damage. Your item(s) should be sent back to Us within 14 days from the cancellation date. 

  1. Items should be returned in their original packaging to ensure they are adequately protected in transit.
  2. Items should be returned as new, unused, and with all tags still attached (as applicable). Returns that are damaged or soiled may be refused and will only be accepted at the discretion of the Company - additional charges may apply.
  3. Subject to receiving the returned item(s) We will issue a refund to You within 14 days from that date. The original shipping cost will be deducted from the total refund. If the item is faulty the postage fee will be reimbursed. 
  4. We will usually issue a refund using your original payment method.

We reserve the right not to refund you if you return items to us outside the terms of our Returns Policy for example if your request exceeds the 14 days.

You must obtain proof of postage (signed for/tracked delivery is advised) in case the return package is lost. Failure to do so could cause a delay in processing your refund.

Exchange & Return Fees

Returning an item for a refund or exchange is at the customer’s expense. If you would like to exchange your item, you will also be charged the standard postage charge (£4.99) for us to send the replacement. Alternatively, you can exchange your item at the Boutique free of charge. 

Faulty Goods 

Goods are classified as faulty, where there is a manufacturing fault. Please note that Items that are damaged as a result of wear and tear are not considered to be faulty. Any item that appears to be damaged deliberately may be subject to review.

It is also possible to exchange a faulty item please advise Us at the time of contact. We aim to replace the item with the same item (subject to availability). wherever possible.

Sale lines

Refunds and/or exchange based on sale / special lines will be carried out at our discretion.
